Privacy and data handling

Privacy notice for consultation requests and website use.

This notice explains how BaghdadiLaw handles information sent through the contact form, email, or WhatsApp, together with technical data needed to operate and protect the website.

01

Information we may collect

Information may include your name, email address, telephone number, country or jurisdiction, factual summary, and documents you choose to send. Basic technical information may also be processed, such as network address, browser type, and operational and security logs.

02

Why the information is used

We use information to review the initial request, contact you, identify the country, authority, legal question, service scope, and fee, administer conflict and business records, protect the service from misuse, and meet applicable legal or professional obligations.

03

Service providers and transfers

Hosting, email, communications, and security providers may process information so the website and messaging services can operate. Processing may occur in another country depending on provider infrastructure and available safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

04

Retention and security

Information is kept for a reasonable period needed to assess the request, provide an agreed service, maintain records, meet obligations, or address disputes, then deleted or minimized when no longer required. Reasonable organizational and technical measures are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

05

Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Exceptions may apply for legal or professional duties, record preservation, or evidence. Send a request using the contact details below.

06

Before sending sensitive information

Do not send original documents, passwords, payment credentials, or highly sensitive data before an appropriate handling method is confirmed. A form or message does not accept representation and does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship.
