If you also need a contract, submission or procedural follow-up, that work and its fee are defined in the engagement.

Yes. Legal consultations are a paid service. The fee depends on the number and relationship of the questions, document volume, complexity, countries involved, urgency and required deliverable. After reviewing your summary, we explain the scope, what you will receive, delivery timing, fee and payment method. Preparation of advice begins after agreement, receipt of the required information and confirmation of payment. If new documents or questions expand the work, the additional scope and fee are discussed and agreed with you before that work is carried out.

Delivery timing is agreed after assessing the matter, document volume and completeness of the information; acknowledgement of your request comes before preparation of the advice. For urgent matters, provide the hearing date or final deadline, relevant authority, your time zone and the work you need completed. Follow up by WhatsApp or phone to explain the urgency. We assess whether the work can be undertaken in the time available before confirming acceptance and timing. Existing legal deadlines remain in effect while your request is reviewed.

Yes. You can begin the consultation, share documents and discuss advice online in Arabic or English for matters connected to Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Syria, including when you live elsewhere. Tell us where you live and which country the contract, property or dispute relates to; these may be different. We agree the communication method, timing and deliverable with you. If the next step requires a power of attorney, authentication, attendance or local representation, its requirements and work scope are explained separately.

Matter information is handled confidentially under professional obligations and the privacy notice, subject to legally required or permitted disclosures. Start with a summary and the information needed to assess your request; we then agree which documents are required and an appropriate way to share them. Keep your originals, and leave passwords, payment credentials and highly sensitive information out of the initial summary. Information is used to review your request, contact you and define the service. Necessary sharing with the responsible local lawyer is explained when local representation or follow-up is agreed.
